The scope of many UX efforts generally concerns a single product or project under development. Often users (e.g. employees or consumers) however need to use multiple products and services to achieve their goals. Therefore we need to design for a myriad of products and services.
We hosted an online workshop with UX researchers, practitioners, leaders, and managers from academia and industry to exchange current learnings on the topic of transferable UX design and insights. The main question was: What are key challenges of transferring UX designs and insights across products and services?
The workshop was held as part of the ECSCW 2021 conference, the international venue on practice-centred computing and the design of cooperation technologies.
